Many people ABC-7 talked to in Juarez believe if the military does indeed take over the police department, which we refer to as “martial law” in the U.S., the calm will end and the attacks will increase to a whole new level.

“General Galvan will appoint soldiers to take control of the municipal police next week,” a spokesman for the Ciudad Juarez mayor’s office said, referring to Defense Minister General Guillermo Galvan.
CNN: Mexico pours troops into border city stricken by drug war
(CNN) — Nearly 7,000 Mexican soldiers and federal police arrived in the U.S.-Mexico border city of Ciudad Juarez this week to restore security to a city plagued by a long-standing, bloody drug war.
Random vehicle checkpoints, patrols of masked soldiers and police in SWAT gear are some of the signs of the massive military buildup ordered by Mexico’s president, Ciudad Juarez police spokesman Jaime Torres Valadez said Thursday.
Another 1,500 soldiers are expected to join the 3,500 that rolled into Juarez earlier this week to support municipal police in street patrols and ultimately take control of their operations, Torres said.
In addition to the army troops, about 3,000 federal agents arrived to carry out investigations Torres likened to those of the FBI in the United States.
Surveillance cameras will be installed throughout the city.
But human rights advocates say the military presence creates a police state in a region
where confidence in law enforcement is low.

Even do the worst enemy of the people have always been the law enforcement in Mexico, mexican cartels now control the bad elements in all police force depts, what many years ago the “judiciales”(state and federal) use to shake down the unorganized drug traffickers. I hope Tijuana is next, I was raised there and still feel for that city, i don’t think there is another choice, nothing else seems to work, short of making some drugs legal or a major drop in illegal drug use.

This is the second time in a few months I’ve seen a Mexico news event appear and then quickly disappear. I saw the headline about this on Google but by the time I went to read the story it was gone from Fox News. If it weren’t for a blogger on Free Press I’d never have found it. The big question is, what more is there someone in these governments do not want us to know? Thank God for bloggers on the Internet … keep saving and posting those links ‘cuz they have a habit of disappearing!

A bit off topic, but your reference to the El Paso sheriff’s office is in Colorado, Not Texas. That said, It is a old document-2005- that states it is to be reevaluated every year. It may not even be in effect now. It seems to be a sensible approach to cival disturbances. Are you trying to say that other LE agancies do not have a plan for this? They had better or they would remiss. The key is when does a protest get reclassified as a riot? Who decides to instigate marshal law? Those are the key questions.

This is a problem that could easily be handled by both militaries of the U.S. and Mexico. It would only take a few Apachies and a couple F-16s. What you people don’t know is this problem has been fomented by the criminals in both governments. Wake up people. This is the age of deception. Bush was a criminal with Cheney, Clinton was a criminal, and now Obama who is related to all of these punks, will carry on the business of their shadow governments. Mexico is in the pockets of the U.S. and America takes dictates from the NWO elite!!! Their motto is “Order out of chaos” Its all about the mark of the beast!! Its coming. I have received word from Mexico this morning from someone who is very involved in businesses in the State of Sonora etc. that the report of lockup and martial law throughout Mexico is not true. The letter is very official and very accurate.
Geraldo is not Mexican and all of the ones interviewed are American and I find this interview very unfair. The crime is exagerrated–crime in the US is much greater and who is going to help the US? Just to a search and a statistical ratio of a comparable city in the US and you will see what I am saying.
All I want to know is it safe to travel to Jarez in the daytime? I have to pick up my stepdaughter at the end of the Month. All I get is either really bad stories or caution alerts. Has anyone traveled there that can help me with info?
In December I drove to central Mexico and over several days time I did not see evidence of a ‘failed state’. At banks and border crossings the Army was present, but not interfering with the population. We drove during the day and tried to stay in areas that looked safe, the same as we would on this side of the border. That said, it might be a good idea for you to seek current information from the areas you plan to go to; I have not been to Juarez in a long time. Good luck.
The globalist term is “ordo ab chao” or “order out of chaos”. Like Palosi and Obama said, and laughed at, “a good crisis is nothing to waste.” Why? In times of crisis you can literally pull the wool over peoples eyes because they are thinking with their emotions. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite; 45 forasmuch as you beheld that out of the mountain a stone was cut not by hands, and [that] it crushed the iron, the copper, the molded clay, the silver and the gold. The grand God himself has made known to the king what is to occur after this. And the dream is reliable, and the interpretation of it is trustworthy.”

TIME OF THE END
An expression found six times in the book of Daniel. It refers to a time period marking the conclusion of a system of things and culminating in its destruction. The prophet Daniel was given a preview of events to occur in the distant future. Thereafter he was told: “And as for you, O Daniel, make secret the words and seal up the book, until the time of the end. Many will rove about, and the true knowledge will become abundant.”—Da 12:4.
Concerning this text, commentator Thomas Scott, in the first half of the 19th century, observed: “The angel, by way of conclusion, intimated to Daniel, that this prophecy would remain obscure, and as ‘a sealed book,’ of which little would be understood, ‘till the time of the end’ . . . The fact has evidenced this to be the case: immense difficulties have always been acknowledged in many of Daniel’s prophecies, and they have been ‘as words shut up’ even from believers in general. . . . In these latter ages many have bestowed great pains, in searching into history, to illustrate those parts of these prophecies which are already accomplished; and by comparing them with other scriptures, to form some judgment of what yet remains to be fulfilled: and thus much light has been thrown on them. As they shall gradually be more and more accomplished, they will be better understood: and future generations will be far more surprised and instructed by them, than we are.” (Scott’s Explanatory Notes, 1832) The lack of understanding concerning Daniel’s prophecies in the early part of the 19th century indicated that this foretold “time of the end” was yet future, since those “having insight,” God’s true servants, were to understand the prophecy in “the time of the end.”—Da 12:9, 10.
The expression “time of the end” is also used in association with particular developments in connection with human government. Daniel 11:40 reads: “In the time of the end the king of the south will engage with [the king of the north] in a pushing, and against him the king of the north will storm with chariots and with horsemen and with many ships.” Thereafter the prophecy discusses the actions of the “king of the north” and indicates that he will come to his end. (Da 11:41-45) Thus “the time of the end” here is evidently to be understood as a period culminated by the destruction of “the king of the north.” Lending confirmation to this is the fact that “the king of the north” is earlier portrayed as persecuting God’s servants, those “having insight,” until “the time of the end,” that is, until his time of the end.—Da 11:33-35.
Another feature associated with “the time of the end” is the standing up of “a king fierce in countenance” that would range himself against “the Prince of princes,” finally to be broken or destroyed. This “king” was to stand up in the final part of the kingdoms that sprang from the four parts into which the Grecian Empire was to be divided. (Da 8:8-25) Since “the king of the north” and “the king of the south” came from the same source, it logically follows that the “king fierce in countenance” corresponds to one of these ‘kings’ in his “time of the end.”
The expression “time of the end” does not mean an ‘end of time’ but denotes a period of time that culminates in the end or destruction, not of all things, but of the things mentioned in the prophecy. That time itself will not end is made clear in the Scriptures. For example, the psalmist said concerning the earth: “It will not be made to totter to time indefinite, or forever.” (Ps 104:5) Since the earth will continue to exist, it necessarily follows that time, as an earthly “dimension” or measurement, will not cease. While it is true that Revelation 10:6 may be rendered “there should be time no longer,” the context indicates that this means no further grant of time; thus, a specific or allotted period of time terminates. (KJ) Other translations, therefore, read: “There should be no more delay.” (AT, RS) “There will be no delay any longer.” (NW) Commenting on this text, A. T. Robertson observes: “This does not mean that chronos (time) . . . will cease to exist, but only that there will be no more delay in the fulfillment of the seventh trumpet (verse 7), in answer to the question, ‘How long?’ (6:10).”—Word Pictures in the New Testament, 1933, Vol. VI, p. 372.
So we turn to the seventh trumpet message in Revelations. There we read:
(Revelation 10:7) 7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to blow his trumpet, the sacred secret of God according to the good news which he declared to his own slaves the prophets is indeed brought to a finish.”
That angel is now sounding a message which will result in Harmageddon. (Armageddon) which will end all governments and set Christ Jesus fully before us all. We sit on earth, which in scripture is called his footstool.
In days of old such was the way a visit before the king was final and adjucated so as to settle all matters. In the movie called Exodus we saw the king of Egypt declare: “So let it be written; so let it be done.”
Little does all of mankind suspect what is actually coming to earth very soon. Not aliens but conquering armies from Heaven above. The Bible says there is a number amounting to two Myriads which translates as two times ten thousand. So angelic armies are coming and will be visible to us. Now another movie is familiar but likely not at all similar to God’s Son JesusChrist in power coming to cleanse the earth and it’s people. Especially Commerce, Government, and all wicked hearted persons.
The earth was created to be clean, not destroyed by mankind. The animals were to be protected and loved dearly. Did we do this? I did but in Jesus Christ I am forgiven; perhaps is all we have. We must have acceptance and hope when it comes. We must not fight it as in ‘Independance Day’ the movie.
Oh well I sound like a lunatic, but I am convinced that Jehovah God and Christ Jesus will conquer this Globe and clean it up. We who hope to survive will do so without any guns or mountains. Yet I like the Idea of mountains none the less as I was raised in them. Born and survived that – been there and done that…
Oh and by the way, till then, there must be reports of wars and rumors of same. There must be many signs that are for Christians to take note of as being deliverance forthcoming.
So what is happening south of the Border is what? Further proof of coming times, times we must go through. I have a freind in Vancouver British Columbia who always closed her e-mails with the following.
‘The only way out is through.’ and i agree with her statement. I just wish it was not taking so long for those of us who put faith and life on the line so often for others we seek to help escape the coming wrath of God.

As for Juarez and it’s citizens, I met a few, even lately in the U.S/A. and I have feeling for thier plight. That the Immigration services would use I.C.E. laws created for control of terrorists against Mexican Citizens is both unlawful and unfair.
Seizure and a free ride to the nearest bus station in Mexico is all that is offered. Not to thier home towns at all. Just into the troubled streets of Mexico. Oh my Lord what a mess. And it is just begun. I have no doubt that U.S. troops and aircraft are going to participate. They already do in South America…
This in Mexico is just the latest in a long series of indescretions due to drugs and other vices south of the border and importing northward to near our homes. That creates much violence here in the states as well.
What is the outcome. I know what it is going to be. Do you have such faith so as to state absolutes? I hope so. Towards that end I am going to restart my former internet ministry.

I am tired of this earth as it is yet I can only leave with the true Christ at Jehovah’s appointed time for this to happen. Likely at my death, years from now. I pray so in that others can be taught the truth of scripture and current events. These events are not to be feared by Christ centered persons and families…
